Yes, it should be.

The headset, press and hold the main button until it blue (or solid)

go to the settings

Accessory Settings

Recording and Bluetooth Headset

Access Code 0000 (4 nil)

Change your entry and exit headset on your behalf

to see if it works, go with the voice changer and you should be able to listen to website
